Columbus Day Parade NYC 2009

Today Is the Celebration Of Christopher Columbus' landing in the Americas all the way back in 1492 on October 12th. This is a cause for massive celebration internationally mainly due to the fact at the time Christopher Columbus Set out to discover new land the mass belief was that the world was square or a cube...While laughable today, they believed it like we know the world is a spherical shape.

They used to think, if you go to far you'd just drop off "the end of the world".

One of the biggest places this pioneering achievement is celebrated is in the "Columbus Day Parade of NYC 2009" This Draws People from all over the world and America to celebrate it.

Even The Native Americans. Among Them and Black America this wasn't necessarily the brightest time for them, however the significance of the discovering of America is so great they still enjoy the day as a general massive celebration and due to the fact it's of historical significance.

Another Significance of the parade today in NYC is some of Maseratis finest and most historic and legendary vehicles making an appearance

This Years "Columbus Day Parade NYC 2009" is the 65th annual celebration of its kind, Don't Miss it :) Please Add Comments And Feedback kon the day here
